For the YouTube Music Recap event, we helped translate the “Recap Personality” concept into a live, camera-driven interactive installation that felt personal, immediate, and unmistakably YouTube. Our work focused on designing the end-to-end guest journey—how participants step in, claim their persona, and see themselves reinterpreted in real time—so the moment lands as both playful self-expression and a premium event highlight. On the technical side, we built and integrated a real-time generative AI pipeline capable of live image reinterpretation, tuned for event conditions: fast turnaround, consistent visual identity across many different faces and lighting scenarios, and reliable performance over long sessions. We also developed the runtime experience layer that orchestrates capture, processing, and output—ensuring the transformation feels responsive and “magical,” while remaining stable and repeatable for a high-throughput audience of creators, musicians, and influencers. Deliverables typically include the interactive software build, persona-driven visual logic, on-site-ready system configuration, and a streamlined operator flow so the experience can run smoothly throughout the event.
